I cannot believe I have not heard of heat transfer paper. The time, effort, cursing, tears, etc.. this will save me is priceless!!! I feel so dumb but I’ve just never heard of it.

No, it has to be printable HTV/ iron on. It won’t work with regular iron on.

Heat transfer sheets are not made to go on hard surfaces like mugs. They are meant for fabric projects.

Great tutorial! Fun tip! if you fold your shirt in half shoulder to shoulder evenly and press it you’ll have a line for your image placement

In order to edit colors, you would need an a layered image like an SVG file. No, sublimation ink is totally different from inkjet ink so they require different printers.

@@DIYAlex I NEEEED this svg! Downloaded a "free" one yesterday and it won't cut. I haven't gotten my printer up and running yet, may not even run at all. I just got my air 2 a few days ago. Loving learning everything so far but where the best website to get svg's for free? I'm not working right now so hopefully this will bring in some income at some point.

I do sublimation but of course wanting to transfer onto dark or cotton material I decided to get the cricket maker 3 a couple of weeks ago. I have watched lots of videos since I got it and your videos by far are the best! So easy to follow, great speaking voice for videos, very thorough and at the same time not boring at all. Thanks so much! Using this machine is now so much clearer! 👍🏻 I will definitely subscribe 😀

I have always been confused by two things: Does it matter if you use a laser printer or a inkjet which is better? Also how does the ink not wash away if you use an inkjet?

It only matters what the material is compatible with. You can use either printer type depending on the material. The product is made to be washed and worn.

Those terms are usually interchangeable! Transfer tape is not heat resistant, so you have to use an old carrier sheet from previous HTV or a heat transfer mask that you buy separately so the adhesive is heat resistant ☺️.

I really like Epson printers in general. I have always had good luck with that brand, so that's what I stick with. I like the Epson Eco tanks because they are very ink efficient, so they save you from buying tons of ink! Any Epson Ecotank model will work great for print then cut projects.

Thank you so much. I've just brought an espon et to do sublimation and oh my giddy giddy gosh it ruined everything I tried to do ie colours was awful there were bleeds and it didn't work in print and cut.. so I came across your video and now ordered printable vinyl thank you so much for this 💕🇬🇧

You use the inkjet ink that came with your printer. This is not sublimation.
