I really appreciate having not just the examples, but also you explaining the logic of why you paired things together. This makes it so much easier to use that knowledge when looking at items I already have.

The graphic tee with printed skirt outfit is killer! I never would have thought to put those things together, but they look great (and that shirt was an incredible find). I really appreciate the way you explain why it works, so that we can learn to style it ourselves, if we like that combo.

I got emotional watching this video. I mean, the prints are so beautiful, and to hear you talk about sustainability, specifically in fabrics, it really inspires me to think about what I wear. I already eat a plant based diet. I already recycle, reuse, reduce, and in the area of clothing, I almost always go second hand. But one thing I haven't until recently given much thought to is WHAT my clothes are made of. Going forward, I want to support companies like this, that are doing good in the world, and in such an attractive way!

Awesome that you're discovering it Lauren! It's called TENCEL (generic name Lyocell) and is thankfully more and more available - it's very important that it comes from sustainably certified forests though, as some versions of Lyocell don't.

These are all so gorgeous and I love how you styled them! You're so right that the dark blue tank looked great with that skirt even though the color wasn't in it--but somehow it almost looked like it was! 😉 Beautiful pieces and beautiful styling. Thanks for the inspiration! I personally love a patterned top (like a shell-style top or blouse) with an otherwise neutral outfit. Not yet brave enough to try mixing patterns but love what you did!

I'd be intrigued to get an opinion looking at your perspective on organic Vs non organic clothing. Seen a lot of major news articles citing that organic potentially uses more water, has more harmful runoff, uses more land and therefore on a global scale would prevent land being used for forests and potentially uses more greenhouse gases. As someone who I know did lots of research on the topic I'd be intrigued to gain your perspective as I'm now on the fence.

That's a great video topic! While organic does have some issues, be very careful about looking into who funded the research you read because sometimes it's the GM companies. I'm still very pro-organic cotton for a couple main reasons - the amount of pesticides used in cotton farming in insane and incredibly damaging, additionally Monsanto's monopoly in GM cotton is destroying people's lives plus there are studies that the cotton pests develop resistance and so more and more pesticides are needed which is not only terrible for the environment but farmers are going broke having to buy Monsanto's seeds and pesticides. Even though it can have some pros in areas like yield overall the GMO cotton industry is not at all one I want to support.

I really liked these prints and can look for ways to use them in my wardrobe. However, it would be helpful, when you are helping promote a brand, if you made it clear when their products come in such limited size ranges. This is the second time I've checked out a brand you talked about in a video just to find out that they have an extremely limited size range that will not accommodate a great many women.

Thanks for the feedback Leigh! We're trying to be as inclusive as possible, so in our most recent collection we produced XS and XL rather than just S-M-L. Shoot us an email at hello@tamgadesigns.com if you want some help figuring out which pieces might work :)
