I want to thank you for your video's and some of your differences in training style. You helped me redirection with dalmatian/bully mix (who is hyper, fast, smart and prey driven. (Smarter than her human.) I had issues with her pulling on the leash. With adding some of your techniques from your video's She doesn't pull as much now. In our puppy training classes (she's now 2) they told us, keep your the halti and hold her head at your side. Keep doing that and eventually she will stop. That didn't work! She started stiffening and stabilizing her head. She would then jerk her head away from me, after that she would continue to pull me where she wanted to go. Thanks again for your video's

How much I wish you were near me! I’m elderly and disabled. I have an 8 month old Goldendoodle. I have trained him to sit, stand, down, comes right away. He knows left from right when I’m in the wheel chair. My problem is; how can I stop his hard tugs when he is near another dog?

@@tracyfields56 You can get almost instant results with a properly fitted prong or pinch collar. Proper fit is snug, as high up on your dogs' neck as you can get it. You don't even need to jerk it, the dogs' weight will teach her all by herself, good luck, let me know how that works

@@tracyfields56 Tracy, try a Sprenger pinch or also called prong collar. Fit it by removing links until it fits snug around his/her neck. you want to place it high on the neck as you can. That usually works very well. This video will explain it in detail, kzitem.info/news/bejne/wo-LyKRsspFmdII

We are working on a complete set of training DVD's but it will be a few more months. If you can come up with a more specific question I will try to answer it.

@@k9cfc I'm not sure what your objective is so I my not be accurate in my assessment. The dogs bite is very good, but I don't understand your tactics? do you want the dog to back up from the decoy? do you want teh dog to only respond if someone slaps their arm and shoves it toward the dog?

@@k9cfc "Target zones" and such things aer all sport related training. goals. usually a dog trained for sport has to be excited by a decoy. Tell your trainer you want to train a protection dog for real life security, and you should be able to teach her
