I think this video needs to state that you only have limited time once c2 is displayed as you can see in this video the checker already turned itself off before the sample was ready to be tested .

Hey Eric! Glad you checked out the new video. Indeed, this demonstration video was meant to show the steps it takes to get your reading. Thanks for pointing out that it misses the auto time off, which is two minutes.

That auto time off is annoying as hell

That powder reagent, can't you make that in tablet form?

I think you mean capsule form. I agree that would be way easier.

Any chance to have a liquid reagent for this? It is basically impossible to add 100% of the powder reagent to the cuvette. Either a part of it stays in the paper bag or drops out of the cuvette...

Hi! At the moment there is no liquid reagent for this Checker. The best way to ensure you get all the reagent is to cut along the dotted line of the packet. You can form a funnel type shape and the reagent comes out from that point (@ 1:40 of this video) Hope it helps!

Check reply below. You can validate each cuvette by taking a test with each one to make sure both cuvettes have no difference in glass.

can you use the second cuvette to zero the checker?

Hi Bruce, By design, the second cuvette is intended to be a backup in case the first is scratched. However, many users find that using it to Zero the Checker works just fine. There is a slight chance of minor differences in the glass between cuvettes, which could alter readings slightly, but most likely not enough to notice. To ensure the most accurate results in this way, I'd recommend you take a test with each cuvette to validate that each Cuvette will give you the same reading.
