Simple but so many ideas that it's given me! Thanks a million! PS Love the 'mandle' in the background. I'll add it to my new list! Love a wee mandle myself. :)

Thanks! I took from here the idea of Monthly goals. I did have the same plan that I have cards for the weekdays. I do not have the checklist. I have categories and I use the label colors for that. Like work, free time, business, home, business 2, and some others. So I can filter them out.

How to complete weekly tasks on board and start fresh? Because some weekly tasks are not recurring. Thanks!

Yes! Gotta add that personal touch. What’s the point of just ranting about a software if there’s not context? ;)

Is there an opportunity to associate the cards to the main "project" or AKA. goals? Thanks!

You might benefit from watching some of my Notion videos, that platform is better for associating tasks with projects. ClickUp is also good for this... I make videos on both of these softwares so maybe give those a watch.

This video is really helpful, however, I fail to see how the weekly routines are linked in any way to the annual goals to show the annual goal progress. That would be super frustrating to me to not see the annual overall progress.

Have you played around with the automations? You could have Trello move the card to your archive list once you complete a checklist.

Thank you, i really appreciate this. thank you. i was really looking for something like this, been confused on how to schedule and plan my goals with trello, this has really changed the way i use trello, the way you arranged the goals for the year and the daily, weekly & monthly checklist was right in front of me and i didn't even really pay attention. Thank you. God bless you. i really appreciate it.

I have a trello account so thought maybe i could use it for bullet journaling instead of having a paper journal. I'm impressed with how easy you made it seem and i'm optimisitic this is what i need. it's been difficult to be motivated lately so this may help be get out of the rut. Thanks.
