2) Grab the handles to balance yourself. Those are adjustable and should be placed at eye level.
3) Though it may feel natural to get very close to the machine, you want to keep your weight back. Bend your knees, push your hips back slightly, and keep your chest high. This will engage your glutes, which are the primary driver of the Versa Climber.
