Hi Arijan I've purchased your book a couple of days ago and I'm consulting it, a lot of interesting stuff in it, I've already rated it 5 stars on gumroad. In a previous comment you asked me for some kind of feedback and ideas, I'm particularly interested in game assets and in a sub d to low poly workflow, probably not the focus of you interest but it would be cool. Have a good day, cheers from Italy Balkan brother.

man i swear to god i have never seen a better modelling youtuber EVER the way you guide us through everything is so smooth and funny. You can teach a total noob how to make the most good-looking render on the most complex objects possible like you're teaching a kid how to read keep up the amazing work i hope to see many more of your videos

@Sen_Main

@pv8685
7 ай бұрын
@@asdigital_ very simply... first switch to evee. then go to your material tab. (small red round thing), scroll down to settings, set the bend mode from "opaque" to "alpha blend" or to "alpha hashed". now you have a transparent material in evee!
@pv8685

to get the transparent material: switch to evee, - go to material settings (red round tab) - scroll down to settings, - change the blend mode from "opaque" to "alpha blend" or "alpha hashed" and you got transparent material in evee. but you have to do this for every material that should be transparent.

I don't see one man can be this prolific and maintain this level of quality. Also, Arijan seems to be able to read my mind, as his recent videos, including this one, pretty much cover everything I have been planning to do. His ebook is fantastic too, and I rarely read books these days.

I love the way you teach, I enjoy your videos and I learned a lot of tips from you so lemme return the favor: in 11:09 you can fill all those faces by selecting one edge and keep pressing just F in 25:50 a better way to do that is add cycles modefire on graph editor to just the first two keys (yes there are modefieres for animation too) in 26:00 if u want them to jump just press T and make the interpolation constent just like u did linear

Hello Arin, thank you for all the efforts you make for our growth I do all the modeling with you, some of them are difficult in this modeling, the edits are very accurate, and in some places I recognize what you are doing according to my skills, but in some places, because the edits are done very precisely, it is not understandable. When you do something, do the cuts from 2 seconds later, leave 2 seconds after what you do so that we can understand.

25:51 if you want to automate that step i got the solution. Rotate the object by for example 6 degrees then in the graph editor you can select the key frames and go to the modifier tab within the graph editor. There you can add a modifier called "Cycles" if you set the before and after mode to "repeat motion with offset" it will automatically keep looping while keeping its offset. also make sure to set it to linear to make it more snappy hope that helps, your tutorials are very helpful and i love the casual no fucks given style :D
