Get a ski/snowboard wax specific iron. Using an iron like he is results in super imprecise temps and can easily warp a board by overheating the laminated layers and insert screws. Seen this more than once. A digital or analog iron is a purchase that will last a long time and will help you safely apply wax without destroying your expensive board/skis5😊

If you actually would like to know, it’s usually on the package of wax. Along with the snow temp. that the wax is best for

I don't think so. The only concern would be not getting all the wax off when you scrape

Yes wax will stay on the iron. You might be able to heat the iron and wipe it all off. Parchment paper might work but I would recommend buying an iron specifically for your snowboard

Yes, parrafin wac. Fluorinated wax was banned, though you can still find it occasionally at obscene prices
