I'm very new to knitting and this is my first project and it's a scarf, how would I hide my loose ends without them sticking out?

Hi Doodlelymoo! If you are working on a scarf where you don't have a "wrong side"...you could try a couple of things: #1 try weaving them deep into stitches that are thicker and will conceal them best you can. #2 Join in your yarn a different way so you dont have any loose ends. I have a video that shows how you can do this, and is indestructible! Here is the link: kzitem.info/news/bejne/uXuGnnWGi6SIgGU Hope this helps!!

What if you're making a blanket? People will see the back. How to you hide it after you've woven?

Hi Lucille! This is a basic weaving in ends technique you can hide on the wrong side of the work, and you can use this method in a blanket by weaving deep into certain stitches. I am actually going to release a video on the Russian yarn join next Saturday. I think this will be a more useful way on hiding ends if you don't have a 'wrong side' of your work. It basically makes an almost seamless join and is powerfully strong! I will send you the link as soon as its finished! 😃

@@CreatiKnit Hi! I'm a beginner working on a triangle shall that is in that case/scenario where there is no wrong side to the work. The next video you speak of would be very useful! Have you published it yet?

Your knitting videos have been very helpful for me as a beginner! Are there any substitutes I can use for the tapestry or sewing needle?

might be a bit late, but you can use a crochet hook! it may take a tiny bit longer but really anything that can pull yarn can work well

What if its a scarf? There is still a loose end?

Hi Adrian! Okay, so on a scarf....the best way I've found to hide loose ends is weave them along the edge as much as you can. Just really tuck them best as possible into full spaces so they blend. Hope that helps ;)
