Hey I'm a new parkour instructor. I have noticed most of my students tend to show fear when performing cat downs into a sort of pit. How could I help my students try to rid of these fears?

Hey tapp bros, first of all I wanted to thank you so much for making these vids, as your the guys that motivated me to start parkour and still motivate me to train more. But my real question has to do with working out. When I work out my abs, I push myself until I literally cannot go any further, and I feel like throwing up afterwards and I normally don't get sore the next day. Is this what I'm supposed to do, Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance!!

How do you build strength without building bulky muscle?
@davinderkaur4206

The Straggler what kind of strength? Strength is directly propotional to the crossectional area of the muscle. You might want to rethink your decision.

The Straggler Do Calisthenics or take really heavy resistances (free weights/bands, etc.)

Hey maybe you can help me find the name of a move. It's something like a cartwheel, but not. Let's say you start with right hand to the ground, then left hand, then instead of left foot you land right foot, there is some kind of a twist, and you finish standing upright I think on the left foot. Any ideas?
