Thank you so much for inviting me on, I so enjoyed talking with you. I think part of the healing comes in sharing our stories, and listening to other’s journeys, watching others overcome. Thank you for the hard work that you do to share our stories and giving hope to others.

Excellent interview! Thank you, and God bless you both!... Yes, keep SHOWING UP and BELIEVE you can recover. After 35 years of CFS/FM/POTS, it was only a couple of years ago while doing ANS Rewire, that I began to believe in recovery- FOR ME! Unfortunately, several traumatic events happened that derailed me a bit, so I started the program again in January. (As Dan says, you need "dogged determination!) I had already made a lot of mental/emotional progress, but this time around I've begun to see physical improvement. We must persist in "showing up" and "believing," implementing and practicing the holistic, mind-body practices... In Jan., I also found Realan Agle, Toby Morrison, and recently, you! These wonderful podcasts keep me motivated with all the encouraging info and recovery stories to keep moving forward in my quest to recover.

Amazing! I can relate to being derailed as well due to trauma but like you I went back to my tools and got right back into it. These tools are for life, we can use them to get through any situation that comes our way. Keep going friend 🙌🏻

Phil. To clear it up Gupta, DNRS, and LP all use a similar 'technique ' or round system.... ANSR has a short version that you eventually boil down to just consciously realizing what is happening and move on . But having done most of these... the TMS approach is far and away the one for me.... all the "doing " and techniques stressed me out more.... when all I had to do was just start seeing.. feeling... knowing... and moving on.

@@TheChronicComeback ANSR was far more helpful than the others. Check out CFS Unravelled. That's Dan Neuffer's book. He explains very well the root cause. Then once you see the cause, it's really just a matter of what your video with Dan B said. Use common sense. Feel your feelings. Live your life. When you spend 24-7 "fixing and doing" your body is getting a danger signal all day long. No healing can occur.

@freshagenda, I’m dealing with harsh symptoms due to mold and Lyme. CFS, CIRS, POTS etc. Do you think ANSR would help? I’m not really attracted to all of the constant fixing with the other programs. thank you

Such an inspiring interview, thank you. DNRS is brilliant. It's used for all sorts of conditions including chronic pain. But yes, processing emotions is so important, which is why I also do journalling and inner child work too.

I found this a really interesting video. Such a story! Just wondering whether you have considered doing the OHC programme? It includes some brain retraining (the STOPP process) - they do seem to want you to practice it really often (at least initially) but you are always free to make it work for your lifestyle.

Her program is so much better than Cathleen kings and she’s nicer. Some coaches do it for the money. She does it to help people.
