I know videos like this might not get a lot of attention, but I really appreciate them. Performance concepts like this are applicable to a lot of different areas, and I enjoy learning about them. Thank you!

I can visualize myself winning games in Valorant so vividly to a point where i don’t even play anymore because I’m winning all the time!

I think the concept of visualizing not only the potential positives but also the potential negatives reminds me of a Stoic practice called "premeditatio mallorum." Think of it as a pre-mortem before an event occurs instead of a post-mortem. Also body scanning seems similar to yoga nidra (or NSDR as coined by Andrew Huberman). Great video, looking forward to more like this!

Time for the ddk guided meditation/visualisation asmr videos ahahaha you got the voice for it. Fr tho keep making videos on all the different methods, thought process and approaches to maximise performance in competitive environments, it fire and you have a good way of explaining stuff and making it interesting. Also hire some zoomer to make parts of your videos into tiktoks and shorts, could use examples of pro players that implement the techniques or something as the background adhd attention span gameplay, in order to grow your channel more.
