I really enjoyed this video; it was so interesting. You do such a great job delivering the information - I could listen to you all day. I don't know why this video only has 289 views and only 19 likes. You deserve thousands more. I learned a great deal from this video and will be looking at the research links you provided. Thank you so much!

Great video. I am a Black History collector in search of info on the Massachusetts slave trade. Today I won a slavery document at auction from 1738 regarding the sale of a black slave in the town of Plymouth, MA. It’s the place where Plymouth Rock is located. I’m glad I found your channel.

Pretty sure this story is incorrect and is the North American version. Originally the slaves of Boston were Whites from Britain called The Quakers. At this timeline their Masters were Black Native Americans of New England. Royals of Europe decided to change things up by freeing the Quakers and gave them their Masters as slaves. Many Quakers were against slavery and decided to leave for Pennsylvania. That's when the Royals decided to have Black Native Americans shipped from Boston to Algeria (Morocco). They replaced these slaves with Indonesians from Madagascar and sold them advertised as slaves from Guinea in West Africa. Similar to Keneen Ivory Wayans family are Indonesians not Africans. They are Indonesian Blacks (Austronesians/Asiatic People/Semitic People). This did not sit well with Quakers and Harmonites because now the Master and the slaves were one in the same Eurasian People. No slaves from West Africa were ever shipped to North America.

Can you share sources for this info? Do you have any books you would recommend for reading, or any web sites where I can learn more about this? Thanks for any help you can provide

@@ComesTheLight It's Germanic History. You can try looking up Bristol Slaves for starters or maybe Weiße Sklaven Amerikanische or maybe Das Massachusetts Weiße Sklaven.

@@ComesTheLight It's easy to find sources. Just remember 90% of the slave trade were people from Europe called Hvite (Whites), but the issue is there actually was no White race until 1790 and only in America. Indentured Servitude is new English and it literally means Slave Slave or Sklaven Sklavenri. Even dark skin North Africans are called White in North America because the therm was coined by Blacks of Yemeni to outline what was Eurasian Land's (Black Land's) and what belonged to Africans (Central & South Africa. The only Europeans shipped to North America (Exiles) were Creoles called Whites. The only Blacks shipped to North America were South Asian Creoles called N. Native Americans and African Americans (Moriaan Indiens) are one in the same Asians and that's why Quakers said "We are all the same!" - Creoles.

@@ComesTheLight Another example: When George Washington's slaves ran away 8 were called Whites and two were called N. Benjamin Franklin was also a runaway slave.

Thanks for sharing information and suggestions for further research in your additional comments. I'm familiar with the Quakers in Pennsylvania and Rhode Island, but I can't say I know of Quakers in Boston who were enslaved. I'll have to do some reading. Question for you: I found through the website slavevoyages.org that slave ships brought people to Boston/New England from Sierra Leone and Gambia. Are you saying from your research that those individuals were originally from Indonesia rather than from West Africa?
