Hun, suggestion... you might offer these discussions in a 2 part series or more. But offer the option to see the full video's and the length. Crazy thing, many ppl watch during lunch or limited times... and... if you offer it split, each video would get their views on top of the full video's vs the person needing to figure out what they didn't see...or returning to not watch the rest. These are like an hour long.. my breaks consist of 10 min to 30 min... Make sense to release 3 videos at once, vs 1 video every few days. Who does the uploading and such? Meaning a crew/employee or yourself? I started watching you from Brians channel, and loved what your doing as a lawyer and person. I also am bury and had 2 cervical surgeries that make it hard to pay attention for long periods of time. Like ADD? or something. Once the pain starts, I get up and move, walk or ??. Sometimes if I'm in bed, i can relax and close my eyes, play a game or do genealogy and listen. Again like ADD or ADHD..... but its because of my pain. Such is life... Well... its your channel and thought you might like to hear a suggestion. Stay cool... 💋👀👌🙏🕯🇺🇸🇺🇦💙💛

Senator Whitehouse is doing the real work we all expect of our representatives. Hearing common sense information from an ethically balanced and honest man is refreshing.
@carolannhartley359

In defence of ordinary legislators, the facts that are the evidence to raise valid suspicion are not common sense at all. The Senator said near the start that it took a lot of hard, long digging to uncover the background. Congress members have to gen up on the topics of whatever special committee they serve on. It would be the preserve of the justice committee I imagine, but there are other areas within that portfolio. One doesn't expect the judges of the SCOTUS, for goodness sake, to need policing!

@@carolannhartley359But unfortunately, human nature being what it is they absolutely do need policing. We wouldn't need policing of anything at all if we were all self policing individuals. And the Supreme Court 's latest efforts have proved that. Let's be honest about the first thing about the first explanation from Alito was that it was his wife's fault. I would lay heavy money that most white men's first thought was "man, get control over the little woman then." I think that because it was mine and then I caught myself. A Justice needs control over their own image male or female period! Life is full of hard choices. The ones you make define who you are. ❤

If nothing else, this whole fiasco in which we now find ourselves has made clear what is 'the rule of law' vs. what is 'the rule of thumb'. When DJT became President-elect, I called my state's SCOTUS library & spoke to the head librarian. I was shocked by how few laws governed those who served as our POTUS & President-elect, & now, I'm even more shocked at how few laws govern our SCOTUS. SCOTUS has NO checks & balances on its decisions, & can decide for itself, by itself what is ethical & what is not, regarding its own members. The Chief SCOTUS Justice can't even DEMAND that an Associate SCOTUS recuse themselves from a case due to a conflict of interest. That is crazy. OUR Government was set up to have checks & balances, hence its three branches, yet SCOTUS acts as an island unto itself. That has to stop!

It's hard to believe and yet... we've been building to this for decades. It's primarily driven by the demographic shifts. By 2035 Whites are expected to lose the majority in the country ie will make up less than 50% of US population. So for decades we've seen a push for Christian/White nationalist policies AND corporations using those voters to advance their own agenda.

What's hard to believe? When you look at the physical landscape in terms of how people are segregated by race and income generally, the media landscape and the economic landscape with increasing wage gaps, it's not hard to believe. I'd argue the U.S. suburbs on average can make people more inclined to live in bubbles as well and not have their horizons expanded, less diversity in experience. Those are among three main factors that have converged to exacerbate divisions more and more over the past few decades.

@@darlingdear2687 Maybe in 4 years Sheldon Whitehouse (or Gavin Newsom) could run as president, but for now it has to be Biden/Harris. There’s no way anyone else could get on the ballot in all 50 states this late in the year, some states have already had primaries. Also the campaign money, by law, cannot be transferred to another candidate. If Biden feels during his term that he needs to step down, then we have the first woman president! We need to vote Biden in order to stop trump and his horrible project 2025. Read it, and you’ll want to get to the polls and VOTE BLUE no matter who all down the ballot!! 🗳️💙🌊🇺🇸

I have much respect for you Marc! Keep up with the great work you do! Thank you! It’s wasn’t just Alito and Thomas that voted for trump and his issues, the other conservatives went with it also. I can’t believe these judges voted against the Chevron decision. This will affect the entire country in ever way possible in a negative way. I see why they did it. Drilling for one. Time to adopt a new and better bill covering the protection of our environment.

Senator Whitehouse explained what I've been anxious about for years. Dems have been slow at recognizing or even acknowledging whar is going on. I stopped trusting the court when Roberts was appointed to SCOTUS. I was alarmed when Thomas was confirmed! Half the polulation was disrespected with his choice and it's been down hill ever since.

The Justice should be a well studied and learned person. I would expect they worked hard, an enjoyed gathering knowledge and doing their Job. I believe and regular Person, being a Member of SCOTUS would have a good life. They would he able to enjoy their Family and everything. Why would a Judge need to break the laws? I think Clarence Thomas likes to do harm, that is his goal.
