Exactly what I was looking for. I'll be doing Rox Orange here in Texas. So you planted in July there? It's 110 degrees here that time of year I may have to plant in February indoor and transplant before it gets so hot.

We plant between june and july so that we are harvesting and when it cools off in september and october.

I loved your video. We live in South Africa and sorghum is used in porridge here and beer, I had never heard of it in syrup. What does it taste like? What does your husband do other than farm? You mentioned he had another job.
