thank you very much, you stop me from taking research rabbit holes and wasting all of time, I have an interview in a couple hours and got covid-19 two days ago which really put me behind schedule but this really helped get me back on track.

These vids are so helpful thanks! Could you do one about how you’d go about answering ‘why this particular uni’ questions for a rough idea of the content to cover for this ones? Would be much appreciated if so. Thanks again!

Do you know what is different with the interviews being online this year is it mmi style or is it panel? Also do you know anything else of note with this years interviews such as the type of questions ( any role play etc )? Thanks, Ethan. Keep up the good work!

Well interview style has changed quite a lot at different universities - you’ll have to wait for them to release that info to you if you get an interview. But the qualities and skills you need to exhibit for any of these interviews are parallel with those you would have to show with be classic MMI/ Panel style. And in terms of types of questions - from what I’ve heard the questions seem to be quite similar to what is expected every year . Hope this helps!

QMUL have said they are going to send us an article 2 weeks before the interview that we'll obviously have to discuss. I don't know if any other universities are doing this but do you have any tips/experience in this? Thanks.

I do not have specific experience, but I would personally recommend watching videos on how to critically analyse research and data and just try to break down the article and evaluate it - hope that helps, if you have more qs just dm me!

Very informative video thank you. I have a question please. My cousin is a dentist who is qualified overseas and married to an EEA national and he is also a UK national. How to qualify his degree in UK? After brexit, he is no longer considered as an exempt person. I appreciate your help

Not really sure on the details, they should get in contact with the GDC and enquire!

Amazing video, thank you! I have a slightly unrelated question though: if asked about a piece of research we recently read about, is there any way to make the answer stand out beyond seeming genuinely intrigued/excited about what you're speaking about?

Yes - I’ll make a video on this but for now: research a paper you GENUINELY enjoy - then show the interviewer what you did as a result of the learning , maybe an independent project, EPQ, essay, MORE research, and relate it to dent : CPD, evidence based dentistry - there’s a LOAD of ways to stand out and develop the answer more! Hope that helped , any more qs just dm me 👍

Hey. I liked the work a lot. I've been trying to search for a knowledgable KZitem video like yours that explains the topics in this KZitem vid. 🥼 That idea at 1:04 is my fav. Your vid really is similar to the vids of Dr. Ethan! His explanations are educational and I really learned a lot for diet. He is an insightful health enthusiast in Europe and he teaches health! Go watch his channel out and give Doctor Ethan a like! 👉 #DoctorEthanStudentDoctor
