Changing the look of London
London is transforming before our very eyes. Tired old industrial sites are becoming spanking new buildings. We can thank the change of a bylaw in mid 1990s Los Angeles for all this.
The amble from Acton Town to Chiswick Park could be taken entirely on Bollo Lane and its changing landscape. But I couldn't help myself. Off I went to explore the hinterland.
