You have so many guitars, but your page says you are beginner 😮 which one is it?

I'm about 3 and a half years in. At my age I'm giving myself 5 years to be a beginner then I hope to become an intermediate. How about you?

I'm also an expert surfer (over 30 years in Hawaii) but that's an example of another thing that you are going to be a beginner for a long time, maybe 5 years

@@joetspaulding I'd pretty much call myself a hobbyist. Love the song you covered here.

@@joetspaulding I finally got my BB734A. Strings are kinda bright and I have some new flatwounds for it but want to get some of my money's worth before the swap.

@@user-mt4vo4ey5n Awesome! it is the only bass I like as much as my TRBX. The pickups on the bb are way better than even the after-market ones in my TRBX. I'm thinking of ordering a replacement set of bb pickups and dropping them in my TRBX. try just rolling your highs (treble/tone ) way down with the new round wounds

@@joetspaulding The girl at the store I ordered it from had a BB735 that was actually ordered for me. When she called and said it was in she also said she had a 734, so I told her keep the 735 because I could not afford two new basses and especially that look identical. Now I'm trying to get a Ibanez BB845 to be my last bass. And it had better be my last, I got 11 already and only had 2 when I first saw you way back.
