This week we have decided to pull out the skewers and charcoals for a flavorful, perfectly grilled “Tahdigers Style” dish. Popular among Persians, charcoal grilled wings are generally served over flat bread with grilled tomatoes and raw onions. What makes it different from your everyday wings, is the saffron, lemon juice, yogurt, and onions that get fully absorbed into the chicken during the marination process. It’s juicy, it’s smokey, it’s full of flavor, and I don’t know about you but I could have this dish everyday. 🤤
