John Dudley talks about the feature packed Hoyt INVICTA.
Built in the longest, most stable riser platform Hoyt’s have ever engineered. With a 2 ½ Inch increase in riser length, the INVICTA is also engineered with a lower center of mass, and greater moment of inertia, for the most effective aiming and rock-solid hold of any target bow we have ever built.
The grip angle has been flattened for more optimized grip pressure and features an innovative, patent-pending modular grip system that comes standard with each INVICTA bow. This system allows for grip angle customization, as well as the option to shorten your draw length by 1/8 of an inch. Those archers looking to slightly shorten their draw length when going from indoor to outdoor or looking for that final adjustment to find that perfect spot, can now do so with a simple change of grip, without changing your tune or sight marks.
The INVICTA zero-tolerance pocket houses our all-new, high-performance parallel target limb system. This new limb design harnesses more power for significant increases in speed, and combined with the new riser, creates the lowest vibration, quietest and smoothest shot experience of any target bow we have ever built. In fact, the INVCITA has nearly 50% less vibration and noise making for a shooting experience like no other.
Every archer has their own shooting style. Hard pull, relaxed shot or punch and pray. No matter how you shoot your shot, the INVICTA is available in a cam system that suits you and your style best. Our all-new DCX Cam is the perfect combination of smooth draw, firm wall, and wind-crushing speed. At speed increases up to 7 Feet Per Second compared to prior year X3 model bows, the new DCX Cam is also available in 65 or 75% let-off options with a built-in modular draw length adjustment system that features a removable rubber stop for an even harder wall. The INVICTA Series is also available with the tournament dominating SVX Cam. With a fixed 65% let-off and ultra-firm wall, the SVX Cam will keep you honest on the back wall and produce blistering speeds of up to 330 feet per second, significantly faster than prior year SVX model bows. The wall of the SVX can also be adjusted for a softer feel by removing the peg and washer and putting just the peg in the inner peg position. Both the DCX and SVX Cams have been engineered and designed to optimize draw length ranges for peak performance and speed regardless of your draw length.
INVICTA features an adjustable cable guard bar for 0, 3, 6 or 9-degree angles to decrease the torque inherent in compound bows. It features Hoyt’s exclusive StealthShot Technology delivering an ultra-smooth shot and consistent release of the arrow from the string shot after shot. It is also built with 2 rest hole positions allowing for a hard lock down of your rest for ultimate consistency and accuracy.
The Invicta Series bows are available in 2 axle-to-axle lengths, 37 and 40-inches. Both are available with the new DCX and SVX Cams and in 9 custom colors.
