I asked myself why are these replacement parts so expensive? ...well, CPU & Chipset packaged together on the same IC Part Number: I5-8250U SR3LA, the DA0X33MBAF1 (REV: 1) motherboard is prohibitively expensive... your video is not a waste of time for me, quite the opposite ; He left me a lot of teaching. Thank you for sharing and I say this with complete sincerity. All the best.

Good lesson, at least some new knowledge and experience - that's always something. What for CPU is there? I assuming you don't have BGA Rework machine you could use to replace chips like that. Maybe it's time to think about expanding your workshop... Best Regards.

Nice video, thanks for the lesson! I want to know how do you identify the SOT23-5 chip based on the top markings (11:20)? or what did you use? thanks!
