Trick Challenge:
Scoot
I demonstrate how to do the Scoot, different way's you can use it and I challenge you to come up with your own combos using the scoot in your own way!
Conditioning Challenge:
Wall Handstand
This is a good starting point to get stronger to progress with handstands and since so many tricks require strong arms aka. Cartwheel, roundoff, front handspring, touchdown raiz, palm kick etc...this is a must!
Your more advanced your challenge is to get on the wall with a tshirt or jumper on the floor and try to put it on over your head while upside down!
If you're a beginner I want you to try the 10 seconds 20 seconds and 30 seconds+ of time upside down to work on being upside down as long as possible! Start small and try a few day's a week and see how you progress!
