Glad you enjoyed it! We were pretty happy that we could fill a large room with sound using only 2 side and 2 rear surround speakers

Looks like a successful show and people seem very pleased with the presentation. Looks awesome to me too even if it is only on a KZitem video 😎

As always thanks for commenting. It was hard work, challenging we tried a few new things and it was a heck of an experience...

Well that looked like fun! I always get excited when I see big planar drivers! I saw that you only had 1 surround speaker for three rows of seats... it looked like they were about 4 feet away from the nearest seats... How will would this have worked if you only had 2 feet?

Hi Rich. The reason it works is the line source configuration. Being able to move towards our seat from these speakers with little perceived increase or decrease in volume is the magic. The wide approx 170 deg horizontal dispersion covers the room and yet the negligible vertical dispersion keeps stray noise away from the floor and ceiling. We had over filled session with a chap 2 feet from the left surround. I went and sat there first as I was concerned and it still sounded great.

Thanks for commenting. It was great to have you there. Yes is always difficult which is why we ran in cycles to give everybody some quiet time. They also definitely gave us some payback too. :-) very tough when walls are not solid.
