Crazy how fast Vitavon is pumping out upgrades for this beast! So cool! What are your thoughts on leaving one plastic "sacrificial" part between all the aluminum? Maybe an aluminum or steel, threaded drag link with plastic rod ends? Would def save the servo and easy/cheaper to repair.

Ouch! Cool beast you've got there. Glad you're ok, no back strain carrying it back to the shop. Hah This is my fave of all the big scalers out there. When are these tires big enough to put air in them? In my K-5, I would've used my trail compressor to give me a bit more shape on the tire. It seems that as we approach a scale weight, at some point real tires are going to be the ticket. Love that the servo bent instead of broke. I might have to get one of these rigs. I was hesitant, because I don't care for a bunch of extra stuff like 2 speed, locking diffs or centers, I like to build purpose built rigs. If it's slow, it's slow. If it's a bouncer it's geared for that. The advantage to having 30 cars and trucks. Lol Again, awesome vid. And, my favorite motto, if your not having fun, do something else. Later

I'm surprised that the servo broke like that. I would only call it a crash because of the damage. It's not like you got 30 feet of air at a skatepark. The wheel was on the soft ground when it bent the servo. It's so huge now the truck can barely support its own weight. Good for crawling, bad for bashing or even light jumps.
