I think riptide hit huge the second time in such a way that when huge landed the pole (that prevents huge from doing the thing on the side of one of its wheels) next to the wheel hit the arena wall and then the wheel flopped and jammed up over the screw, bending it and putting tension between the wall and the wheel.. Even with the screw reversing it couldn't spit the wheel up since it was being held in place by the pole. Really unlucky loss for huge here, but caused by the unrelenting aggression from Riptide. If they held back after the first hit huge would've just bounced back into the arena.
