Hummus is full of protein, vitamin B6, manganese & other nutrients.
Ingredient List:
Boiled Chickpeas - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup (2 spoon in each round)
Salt - as per taste
Olive oil - 4tbsp
Lemon juice - 1tbsp / 1 piece
Roasted Sesame seeds/ Tahini - 3 spoon
Curd - 2 tbsp
Paprika - for Garnishing
