(For chicken meritnated)
250gm leg boneless chicken, thinly sliced
1/2 egg
2 table spoon cornflour
1 teble spoon maida
1/2 tea spoon salt
1/2 tea spoon aromat powder
1/2 tea spoon white pepper powder
(For sauce)
1 onion sliced
1 bell pepper (red, yellow or green), sliced
2 pic dried red chili (adjust to your spice preference)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, minced
3 green onions, sliced (white and green parts separated)
2 tablespoons chilli oil
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce (for color, optional)
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 tea spoon aromat powder
Salt and pepper to taste
500ml refined oil for deep frying
