This is a very challenging punching routine which is practiced 16-20 reps forwards and backwards stepping.
The first 3 punches are from the Water element, the second form Gold, the third form Fire, the fourth form Gold, and the fifth from Wood in that order.
The 5 styles need to be practiced in contrast of each other, as each element has its own characteristic.
