Each set to be trained individually x amount of reps.
first punching set - reverse and verticle punches
second punching set - verticle punch,mirror block,reverse punch, cutting palm
third punching set - reverse punch, paralel palms, Budhas palm,hammer fist
fourth punch - reverse punch rolling punches,back fist..
In this video 4 sets are being trained continuously, with 4 movements in each set.
