That can't be real Hung Kuen. The southern fork should weight between 6kg and 20kg. The one used here is a wushu tooth pick, weighing 1.34kg. All those spins and throws are from a spear form, NOT a fork form. But most shocking of all is... spinning the fork on it's point! Are you mad???

I notice with this weapon, there's a lot of twirling the pole so that forks spin at the end (I think it's done by rotating the wrist of the rear hand and loosening the front grip). What is the application(s) of this? It's specific to the tiger fork I notice, you don't see it with the guandao for instance.

well, it´s not really specific to the tiger fork, spear techniques also involve twirling, spear twirl may be used to open a larger wound (but when you use a spear with a more flexible pole it can be also used to deflect enemy spear blows, ), i imagine that the tiger fork also has this wound opening application, it may also be used to catch the enemy's weapon.

Two questions. 1. Where can I order one, and 2. Is that the left hand version of the form?
