Can I ask how many sets of these drills and for how long you have athletes do these? I was thinking of incorporating them on a technique day at practice, and just having athletes do the arm drills for a minute or so.

These r the worst stretches for hurdlers at least the first one seriously as ur doctor they will tell u how bad they r

I did that exact stretch for 8 years of competitive distance running. I'm middle age now with zero problems. You need to change doctors.
