What do you think about the 592 I can't get use to the way is almost like hitting the Rev limiter if I'm not pulling hard

It's my favorite. It definitely agree that it stays on the limiter, but I do try to keep it under a load as much as possible.

Very nice representation of east coast cutting! 👌 Nice to see a guy on here that knows what he's doing for a change.

"East coast cutting" is synonymous with "making shit up as I go bc I've never been formally trained and I ain't killed myself yet so I must be good at this". All the bore cutting and back bar work on every single tree is a totally useless waste of energy. Yes, there is a time and place for it, but if that's your only move, well, I've got news for you. Not to mention unnecessary wear and tear on your equipment. Don't wedge a root flare. It'll break off and you'll have nothing. Also, is that a gd safety chain?! Who let the homeowner out into big woods with a man's saw? Hahaha

@jeepinass that's a good one. 🤣🤣🤣 if you cut very much of our hardwoods you'd learn. I bore every tree not only for safety but for log quality. The mills pay better when the logs have less fiber pull. Also who said we havent been trained on the east coast? A lot of timber contracts require a certain level of training and certification. You my friend have to try and put people down apparently because you have to compensate for something. This man does a fine job cutting and that's that! Have a good day!

How is the 592 holding up? I have not run mine in a while. It's still hard to get used to the feeling when it isn't pulling hard.

You cut your hinge before your back cut? Interesting.
@pyatttimbering

Sometimes when there is a lot of leaning pressure it's best to set the hinge first so the back cut is quick so I can get away safely.
