9:36 Hope I can help (I'm not an HVAC guy, but have a fair bit of Electrical knowledge). The print is telling you that an "on" signal is represented by a voltage greater than 2 volts. Approximately 2.2V if you have LEDs on your test spot (you don't), or 32V if you don't. The rest of the board tells you what terminals to go between to determine an On or Off command for corresponding signal. With that said, I realize an "off" is given to you as "any voltage LESS than 1V", but it still isn't higher than 2, and you have to take into account your meter's, or the equipment's inconsistency. Keep up the great work!

New subscriber here. Ok I'm no expert on HVAC, I'm an experienced vehicle technician, but I believe that I can visually see the problem with the fire circuit, correct me if I'm making a wrong assumption, but I can see an open circuit on the two connections connected to the circuit board with the two Phillips screws. At exactly 10:29 I can see that the red wire is broken where it's supposed to screw onto the board. I plan to move away from automobiles and start working on these systems. Thank you very much for your expertise much appreciated!

If im not mistaking when it says "2.2v with LEDs" and "32v without LEDs", that means if the board has LEDs that display error codes the voltage will be lower, vs if you had a board with no LED indication it'd be higher. Maybe some of the DC voltage goes to powering the LED. But idk I work with carrier and Liebert mostly.

This is epic?? Haha. I think you need to pump the brakes a little and try not to break your arm patting yourself on the back. It was a avg find but that was only half the work. What was wrong with the fire circuit? Open duct smoke? Bad relay in the fire panel? Hole in the heat exchanger? I'm sure you couldn't run the unit like that with the fire circuit jumped. Or at least I hope you didn't leave it like that. Saying that if you don't get 300 likes or your done? Haha. You should be making these videos because you like helping in experienced techs. Not for likes.
