Ben 👏Such an emotionally mature conversation at the beginning. Podcast might be on supplements but you's also set such a strong example of healthy communication in a relationship. Thank you for the podcast.

Lucy, if you made videos of just your day, chilled, laid back, chilling with the Fam, chilling with Ben, BS day I’d still watch it. Not every video has to be an extreme thing. There’s gotta be another side of Lucy outside the fitness world. You are a remarkable young lady. You make me smile and laugh. Be you girl. We enjoy you.

So true. And to be honest I enjoy watching you living your life in a day. The fact that you are an incredible loving human being who can achieve a big athletic goal inspires everyone, including me, to believe that we can do the same. Xx

Ben 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I’ll try to keep this as short and sweet as possible. This is just based on my own experience as well and information I’ve come across. I am coming out of the other end of a hole I ended up in because I lived my life in such a way that made me essentially think that unless my day was super productive and perfect then I wasn’t trying hard enough or there was something wrong with me and I’m letting everybody down etc etc. so when I became a stay at home mum to my second baby and all the ‘productivity and perfection’ went out the window and I was just doing my best not to drown I absolutely ended up in a hole. It is so so easy when you have kids to forget that sometimes the most important and most productive thing you can do is just cuddle your little one on the couch because they are teething or sick etc. Productivity and your priorities change when you become a parent and when you live in the state of mind that I did and that you seem to as well Lucy then it can become a really dangerous place inside your mind. I to this day constantly feel like I’m at war with myself and struggle so much to find the right balance. Until recently I stopped taking time for myself at all and it made everything worse. I’m so so glad Ben said what he said and feel better knowing you have such an important influence around you for when the time comes and these challenges arise, because no matter what challenges you have done and will continue to do they’ll never be as important or as fulfilling as raising your babies. And we don’t get a do over either, so I hope for all of your sales that you can get on the front foot with this instead of falling down the hole I did because it’s a lonely place to be and the hardest thing I’ve ever had to drag myself out of ❤️ I think you guys found your perfect human in eachother

Hi Lucy & Ben, Just wanted to say absolutely loved this episode today and the last one, especially around the nutrition and supplements. It can be really hard when you’re a very small female doing long endurance for the first time and not affording coaches/nutrition experts etc to be able to fuel properly, get in nutrients etx especially when you get runners stomachs but love running. The tips you have given are so helpful especially the clear whey protein one & has a massive positive impact on lives. Thank you so much & more content like this would be massively appreciated. Loving going through some of your content at the moment and I never usually comment on anyone’s things All the best ❤️

Im just listening to this podcast, have been training hyrox more lately. I struggle with carb loading and eating sugar as im a type1 diabetic. Ive asked nutritionists and attended talks but does not seem to be anyone in this space that can advise me on hyrox training and fuel that will be kinder on my glucose levels. 😢

I just watch you for the kittens 😂 But seriously, I like the fitness challenges, your voice is easy to listen to. I don’t always agree with everything you guys say but that’s the same with all channels. Side note: I noticed creatine in my shoulders/ biceps the most very quickly

Usyk is pronounced (Oo-sik), i believe all those sports persons compete for their own individual reasons, Fury never came back to fight Usyk, he wasn’t retired, he was the current champion and got the undisputed fight, a athletes career is often far too personal than to hit them with the broad stamp of they miss the spotlight etc

Guys, wanted to ask your opinion on barefoot footwear. Quite controversial thing, but I personally think they're good for common training. I've got flat feet and knee problems, but my new sneakers helped me with it. But the reason why I ask is I don't run, and I got curious what you guys think about this

I run in barefoot shoes, the thing is I believe you can’t search for performance when running barefoot, it’s more a mindset of running naturally and especially it avoids injury and is the best way to avoid joint pain. I have knee and foot problems, and barefoot running has definitely been a life saver. You MUST transition slowly however !
