Warqi Chonge is an old traditional recipe made in Hyderabad during the month of muhharam, basically it's layed fried puri dip in sugar syrup topped with coconut abd dry fruits,it's name comes from warq meaning paper, hence it's layers are paper thin and the good thing is these Chonge can be preserved for 1 month ,you can prepare it for kids tiffin box snack and preserve, do try it out share your feedback
Ingredients
Maida 1 cup +2 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Ghee 2 tbs + 1 tbs
Oil for deep frying
Sugar 1 cup
Coconut 50 gm
