One of the best brake videos I’ve seen. Well done. Thanks.

Probably should have did the rotors too, they had more wear mark lines in them than a old school vinyl record.

Do you know what the torque specs are for the bracket when you change the rotors? Easier to change both the brakes and the rotors at the same time for me. thank you.

Has your Genesis had any transmission issues? I'm thinking about getting a used 2012 or 2013 Genesis.

No problems at all, try to find a one owner car, safe driver, who actually took care of the car. Good luck it's an amazing car.

What mileage did you do your rears? I just did my fronts at 60k and they prob had another 10k or so left on them. I haven't even looked at the backs yet. Thanks for the vids. Any idea where the crank position sensor is? I've had intermittent stalling at low speed coming up to stop signs. Some have suggested to check the crank sensor.

E J hi , I changed rear on 75 k, not sure about the crank position sense, will check and let you know. Thanks for watching my videos.

@@afzamoto5325 FYI, the intermittent stalling was fixed by cleaning the throttle body plate. Just take off the air intake and use a tooth brush and throttle body cleaner to scrub the plate inside and out. The issue has not re-occurred since.

So he didn’t have to press the pistons back so the pads can fit properly.

Are you saying he did not have to do that? He absolutely did need to do that... I just use a C clamp or a piece of wood and channel locks. Also, make sure to take the cap off the master cylinder...
