After 2 seasons in the Sierra Nevadas for an LTL company, and 1 of those 2 being one of the worst years on record. Listen to this man, he knows his stuff. I dealt with warm, wet snow that whole time. It ain’t no joke for rookies.

From driver to driver I gotta say you have my respect. I tried driving in the snow but I couldn’t do it. I don’t have much interest to drive in it if I don’t have to so I’ll vicariously live through you in your snowy videos

It's not that hard. If you have no other options, you get used to it fairly quickly. Driving in mud is similar, but can be more challenging.

Another awesome video Mike. Thanks for letting us drive with you! I can be home without being home. One thing I don't miss after over 50 years there is white knuckling the roads after storms like this and dealing with people who can't drive in it. Esp new people to Co and snow. Takes alot of patience. I tip my hat to you. You're definitely a professional and know what you're doing. Stay safe.

Hey MMM....fighting the covid here in chicago. I was diagnosed tuesday and I'm sure my hub has it now too. Grrrrr!! Tried hard all year to stay healthy and just like that we're both sick!! Glenwood canyon is so beautiful - you should talk about when they built that for folks that don't know. It was a huge engineering thing at the time.

Hey Mike. Thanks for 🎥 filming your ride along videos. I think I should be all caught up by now. When I was a younger man, I use to be a Gopher and ride around coast to coast on trucks. Helping the drivers load and unload their trucks. Had some amazing experiences and learned a lot. Times were different then. Back when log books were made of paper and driver's made serious cash.

Love your videos. Every time i watch your videos i feel like im in colorado. Just be careful at night. I had a bad experience on 2001 i saw a body that went thrue my car. Got in shock and almost crash. I couldn't talk or moved for like 10 seconds. thanks to my wife that she holded the weel and somehow stop the car. I70 eastbound 20 miles east grand junction.

Just have to keep your eyes wide open and expect the unexpected and always have yourself an out for every scenario,for me driving professionally(not a semi but a pest control truck)was always more mentally tiring than anything else

Love the video! I used to live in Glenwood, New Castle, Rifle and even Parachute. Seeing this was like being back in Colorado💕 It was cool to see my old valleys, where I once called home, in snow while sitting here in Miami🌴 God I'd love to go back and visit! Thank you for the video.

I work in retail all day for Costco wholesale. Over 15 years. Can be very stressful. So nice to come home and watch one of your videos. They are very relaxing. I enjoy riding shotgun. Thanks, Mike 👍😉😉

I been watching your videos before I subscribed today. I'm retired drove truck since I was 25. Only in Calif., started with a company that sub-hauled hauling tomatoes, onions, and garlic plus pulled tankers for a company hauling wine, and wine juice. I would have enjoyed driving across country if there was someone i knew that i could have been trained. I love your videos be safe with this mess we are going thru.

I always look forward to your videos. I am still playing catch up with all your other ones. You get to see so much beautiful country. I miss that. Amazing video Mike. I drove that I-70, Hiway 82 corridor for so long. I miss the mountains bad. I running through the canyon as it was constructed. Quite the engineering fear. If you come through Casper, let me know.

Hey Mike! Your driving and the snow is not scary. What's scary is driving in the mountains in the spring time when the dear are migrating and lined up along the road like on the 125 in New Mexico, at night, just waiting to jump out onto the road. Now thats scary! Lol I love the sound of your diesel just humming along. I always took the 10 east from San Diego when I went to the Midwest. Never been on the 40 till I got east of Albuquerque coming off the 125, going over to OK City.
