Moong dal - 1/4 cup
Poha - 1/4 cup
Butter milk - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Green chilli - 2
Ginger - 1 inch ( crushed )
Sesame seeds - 3 tsp
Potato - 1 ( grated )
Carrot - 1 ( grated )
salt
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
kashmiri lal mirch - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Oil for frying
