I keep dill, parsley, green onions and other herbs fresh until winter. At any time of the year, I have fresh herb sauce on my table thanks to this preservation method.
✅Ingredients:
any greens to taste 300 grams (dill, parsley, green onions, garlic, cilantro ...);
salt 1 teaspoon;
paprika 1 teaspoon;
vegetable oil 3 tablespoons;
lemon juice 1 tablespoon.
You will need an ice mold in which the sauce will be frozen and a blender for chopping herbs.
