His program is very straightforward and easy to follow. If you have struggled with meal prep, or getting into the gym this is the program for you. His program is only 3 days a week and its exactly enough to make consistent progress in the gym.
I personally only eat "healthy" 80% of the time. 2 days a week i eat basically whatever im craving, within some reason.
You have to learn to enjoy the process so fill your days with good tasting food you look forward too and intense training 3 days a week.
