The 15 year old mash burnedead was abandoned at birth because he didn’t have a mark, meaning he’s unable to use magic
An old man finds him and decided to raise him as his own and puts him on a workout regime… and a little juice am I right? The sheer amount of power needed to do this workout is like taking Eddie hall, Usain Bolt and superman blending them together to make the unstoppable mash
Funny enough his workout plan is actually very similar to what I’m currently doing now. It focuses on reverse pyramid training with the compound lifts
Starting with a 10-15 min warm up on the treadmill
Then moving onto 5 sets of flat bench press 2 sets being warm up then 3 working sets
4-6, 6-8, 8-12
After that we move onto a superset with 3 sets of 12, 10, and 8 reps for incline dumbbell press. I really like that they switch from barbell to dumbbell, it’s a great way to build your supporting muscles more
Followed immediately by close pushups until failure
Now for the final few exercises we’re focused purely on triceps now, this will grow your arms so much
3 sets of 15 Tricep cable push downs
3 sets of 12 cable overhead extensions
And finally 3 sets till failure… of dips
No wonder he’s so strong
Now to finish off with some core work
3 sets of 60 second planks
3 sets of 20-30 sit-ups
And finally 3 sets of 20-30 reps of knee raises with a twist
We don’t see that much of the food the mash eats however we do see 1 thing.
The cream puff
I’ve never had one of these and I’m not a big fan of cream in general. But let’s see what it tastes like.
Mash attends the Easton magic academy where students go to hone their skills and go on to become better witches and wizards . It would be like Larry wheels attending hogwarts
Like every school were going to do a test… yay
We’re at least going to make it a fitness test

Try and beat my time
The circuit consists of
100 skips
30 push ups
25 kettle bell swings
100 skips
20 sit ups
15 goblet squats
100 skips
10 pull ups and 5 snatches each arm
Repeat this once and you’re done
Overall I think the mash workout plan is pretty solid, it’s a 4 day split with an optional endurance workout and I would do that circuit test like once a month to see how much you progress over time. You can easily substitute exercises to keep the program working for you.
