1 cucumber
1/4 cup red onion
1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley
Mozzarella
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
broccoli microgreens
sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste

Start by dicing the avocados, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
