Ingredients you'll need:
500ml water.
10g sugar.
1 tsp dried yeast.
500g flour.
120g oat flakes.
mix for about 2 minutes
to combine all ingredients.
10g salt.
25g chia seeds.
25g pumpkin seeds.
50g sunflower seeds.
50g linseeds.
mix for about 2 minutes
to combine all ingredients.
cover for 60 minutes to rise.
1Tbsp oil to greese the loaf pan.
1 Tbsp flour to dust the loaf pan.
transfer the dough.
use spatula to distribute
dough evenly.
leave for 30 minutes to rise.
bake 60 minutes @ 200°C/400°F.
cool on the rack.
