I find it really strange why someone in the military and FBI would just up and loose their storage unit with all this stuff in it. Unless something happened like deployment or a death and no one knew where the unit was. Makes me sad.

@Todd Baldwin seems you lack the morals here someone curious makes a post you jump down their throat boots and all and you call others disrespectful action speak louder than words m8 @Michael Olin the so called patriots think authorities should be held above everyone else because this person was a collector of authoritarian memorabilia they see authority and jump to conclusions @Storage auction pirates the number of purses/bags there, most people forget to fully empty bags before storing them they quickly go through them often forgetting all the pockets etc bags, purses and wallets etc can be a gold mine in themselves i know of a customer to a thrift shop (i worked at) who found $200 in the pocket of a suit or a lady who found a set of real black pearl earrings in a purse. @ the public it is totally ridiculous to think some one had this much law enforcement training and career especially considering the jewish or at least religious memorabilia. sherrif badge, fbi, csi, airforce and army training in one life time in america, the ptsd from 1 of these would be enough let alone 2 or more. no normal moralized sane person, would try this much law enforcement. so most logical is it is most likely a collector as a wanta be authoritarian or a rent a cop. there are a hundred reasons a person might have these items as a civilian perhaps this collector was not a vet and the mission coins came from, a family as a friend of the family, or their family say a parent or child perhaps they brought estates. (the most logical seeing the number of coins) i know with my limited military experiences the importance of some of these items no military personal would leave these items in a storage box you might leave them with family
@lansingtyler3958

None of that appeared to be gov't property (other than outdated training manuals), just evidence of the owner having been a federal agent. All the t-shirts from training at FLETC (Federal Law Enforcement Training Center) and challenge coins tell of a career in law enforcement. Sadly, my guess would be he most likely retired and then died with nobody knowing he had a storage unit.

Just reading the comments I dont think I can watch this video. As a Combat Veteran of a Foreign War with multiple deployments and a former k-9 police officer the comments alone makes me upset about how this unit is trashed and thrown. I myself had a very close relative that had a Storage locker that he was forced to abandon because of health issues an being in another state they would not allow me to pay the debt over the phone or allow me to come in person to pay it. The owner was the sole person to pay it even tho he was hospitalized and called and wrote a letter to allow me to pay it they denied it. And the storage locker was auctioned off like this one. With all his Military items and awards and pictures and items he brought back from a foriegn war as well and his original wedding photos. And yet I can almost bet the same thing happened what people are explaining here. No one tried to reach out to see if he wanted his personal items back or anything. Ahhhh makes me sooo upset to see this still happening

Ron Bond what people don’t understand about this unit is that the owner went through and took everything they wanted and walked away from the rest. Almost every box was opened tossed and gone through . The owner even contacted me and asked to get the books back and then never contacted me again. I always give back dog tags , flags from deceased veterans , etc etc. The problem becomes perception of just what people think through what they see. Sorry if you feel that way. I apologize . A lot of times the owners of these places raid the shit long before the units go up 4 auction. I had a similar issue and not a relative but a Man I served with knew I had police background and could be trusted. He got caught in some flooding and evacuated stuff for 3-4 days before the storm even came. He had meant to move years but something always came up. He wrecked his health moving his valuables and it ended up in storage Unit In New Jersey and the owner I did exactly what you are saying. He denied me with a writ from a lawyer and the courts to be able to pay the storage fees. Eventually he stopped answering my phone calls and called the police on me when I drove there all the way to south Jersey. In fact it is a civil issue and despite even guns being inside the storage unit the cops that did come there said they had been there many times over the years for the same issues. They said to read the contract before you put your shit in someones storage area. Make sure that a benefactor can pay the rent and any rearages of the contract. Most times the owners know there are valuables because people but the extra insurance and that tips off the owners it ain't an old garden tractor and some shovels you are putting in there. My friend Master Chief Guy Hurley eventually passed and I think the stress of losing his valuables and stock paperwork and coins was part of it. The day before Guy passed he seemed in good spirits I was looking here locally for an assisted living facility 4 him and all of sudden I got the phone call. I woulda liked to have punched that fat jewish jackoff in Jersey right in the mouth for the shit he pulled over that storage locker. The lawyer we hired was no better he did nothing other than process the power attorney we paid 4.

military collector probably an estate broker/buyer wanta be law enforcement hundred ish mission coins versus a fist full of left over non combat area holiday cash during engagement (mission coins) you order from GHQ using unpaid wages due to security risks no foreign trade no need for cash only need for cash is on leave how much leave whilst on engagement sweet fa multiple levels and services army, airforce, lapd, er british military, csi, fbi martial arts gear and training manuals suggest wanta be or renta cop in my ten years of holiday travels i have collected a few left over notes (4 countries) nothing compared to this fist full.

No respect for a Vet. More than likely the Government had to relocate him, that's why some important stuff left behind.
@jmay2943

no way was this a vet more likely a wanta be, or a rent a cop the number of mission coins alone says that forget the multiple types of law enforcement airforce, army, fbi, csi clothing sheriff and military logos and badges probably an estate broker or purchaser money seems to be travel places where no military engagements so it does not gel with all the mission coins remind yourself how much down time do military get? most common currency used during american engagement usd. in bases. or from wages for supplies from general head quarters. GHQ. most bases do not allow foreign trade/supplies. to high an intelligence risk. no sane normal moralized person would try any 2 of these the ptsd from 1 would be enough in america let alone 2 or more you might be able here in australia to do multiple. less ptsd logically this is a collector or wanta be law enforcement person.

why???? would you feel sorry for a law enforcement collector???? feel sorry for the families he might have fleeced sure this person who was the owner this locker was a estate broker or buyer possibly either a wanta be law enforcement or rent a cop what makes me say that the hundred ish mission coins versus the fist full of leftover vacation money from non combat areas when you are engaged (mission coin) you order supplies from GHQ using unpaid wages the remains of which are paid to an at home bank account. no foreign cash no foreign trade due to security risks the only need for foreign cash is when on leave how much leave while engaged in action sweet fa multiple law enforcement levels and services army uniform, air force uniform (both new looking), law enforcement items, fbi, csi, er (british military), lapd stuff, a sheriff's badge the martial arts and the training manuals say to me wanta be law enforcement or security (rent a cop style) possibly attempted but failed health or psych. but has access to a wide variety of mission coins modern and old, so deceased estate buyer/ broker/ seller, who takes out valuables and military collectibles they want. military mission coins are not of any value outside the military community... unlike currency. mission coins they have no monetary value except by collectors
