No doubt. Was going to build a 1776 but just ran across a 2004 wrecked Monte Carlo ss supercharged for 800 so build plans may change this weekend :)

Thanks for the support! Sounds like you need a good carb cleaning. Doesn’t take much trash to clog up jets. I’ve seen just a spec of sand cause issue

May I ask where you located because if your close I might hire you to fix my sandrail that has a nasty negative camber. It’s irs and it has a negative camber of 2 degrees and I’m having some camber wear on my tires. I took it to an alignment shop and they don’t know how to fix it.

I’m in South Georgia. That is odd though. Was it converted from swing axle to IRS? I’d check for something that is bent broken or worn. Bad wheel bearing/hub etc.

From that rear view, looks like it's set up with stagger to run on a dirt oval. Especially with them Hoosier tires 🤪. Can't wait to see it fixed up.

I only got four and a half minutes into the video and was wondering if you don't or didn't like the car why did you buy it? Maybe I haven't seen the whole video but somebody whining with no disrespect but somebody whining after their purchase why didn't you look the car over before you bought it. You may have to put money into the car to make it right but that's nature of the beast if you don't want the car you shouldn't have bought it and you should just around and sell it and declare all of the rough spots.

Maybe you should watch entire video before passing judgement…. Besides due to the problems of this rail I now can share with others problems to look for and repairs so that’s kind of the point isn’t it ;)

The lug nuts might be right, looksike its just missing the washers for the uni-lug pattern. I had a set of Cregar StarWires that had the same lug setup. Still sad to see things done wrong....makes for channel content though!

One thing you don't have the lower protection bars in. Unless you have a different kind of sand rail than I have by the way it's my nephew's. Total basket case. Waiting on a starter waiting on a master cylinder. So you don't have the worst . Cry baby lol ( :
