✓ 1 onion

✓ 200 ml of crushed tomato.
✓ 1 spoon concentrated tomato.
✓ 1 spoon of soy.
✓ Spices to taste: - 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1 teaspoon cumin.
- 1 teaspoon thyme.
- 1 teaspoon hot paprika.
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley.
- beef broth cubes
‼️Bechamel we will need:
✓ 50 gr butter.
✓ 4 tablespoons of flour.
✓ 500 ml of milk.
✓ 1 cheese.
✓ Pinch of salt and dry parsley.
✓ 250 gr of cannelloni.
✓ Parmesan cheese and mozzarella.
‼️Tips and notes:
📝 Cook everything on low fire for approximately 20 minutes.
📝 Before using the filling it must be cold. So that the cannelloni do not open.
📝 bechamel must be liquid to handle better.
📝 Preheat the oven to high temperature.
📝 Oven 180°C / 25 minutes
📝 Let cool approximately 1 h before serving. Preferably.
