Ingredients:
200g | 8oz broccoli
300g | 10oz cauliflower
200g | ½ a small red cabbage
80g | 3oz raisins or dried cranberries
50g | 2oz fresh dill
½ cup | 90g | 3oz uncooked quinoa
Dressing:
1/3 cup | 80ml | 3fl oz vegetable or olive oil
1tsp mustard
1tbsp maple syrup
zest and juice of 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
