Running cadence is the number of steps you take, while running, in a minute. Most coaches nowadays recommend a high (180+) cadence while running.
We put it to the test by running at slow, medium and high cadence on track, road and trail - and checking the effects it has on other running metrics such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, power output etc...
