Hmmm, I've never tried flipping every minute technique. Do you feel like you get a better sear/more even cook from this or what is exactly the benefit as opposed to say a reverse sear?
@tntexpoder1012
2 жыл бұрын
Not sure if this is true but there are two types of people, people who flip and move the steak only once or people who consistently move and flip the steak, when you consistently flip and move the steak you ensure that the steak is on the hottest part of the pan at one point or another which yes gives you a nice sear.

I have Maggie making(eat with broth) recommendation I really hope you try it.. 1) Take the rawman put it in 1 cup of water on medium heat, don't worry about the water consistency. 2) Take the masala packet in a bowl, add red chilli powder (according to your spice), add soy sauce, little bit of tomato sauce(hardly two drops). 3) Then mix that in the boiling rawman. Wait for 5 mins but keep stirring and done! I really hope you try this!

The WA in Wagyu means Japanese. Wa (Japanese) Gyu (Beef).
@afcgeo882
2 жыл бұрын
Which is why there is no such thing as “American Wagyu” or “Australian Wagyu”. Wagyu is a broad term for Japanese cattle. There are four different breeds under that umbrella, but Japan reserves these terms to be used only for cattle in Japan. You can have “Wagyu-type” or “Wagyu style” cattle outside of Japan, but you cannot have Wagyu. It’s the same with specific regional beef like Kobe, Ohmi, Matsusaka and others.
