hi anna, i've been following you for like 3 years and i first grew out my hair thanks to all your tips and tricks. but the same thing you mentioned happened to me: my hair became a huge part of my identity (and i'm also lazy to take care of it now, so most days it doesn't look good). and now i'm planing on cutting it from tailbone length to collarbone or armpit length (haven't really decided yet) in a few days and donating like 40 cm of hair! i'm so excited but also scared, because i don't really trust hairdressers, since i've had too many haircut disasters in the past. your videos from last year after your haircut really calm me down and if i look half as good as you did with shorter hair, i'm going to be super happy. sending lots of love from europe ❤ and looking forward to continuing my hair journey with you!

aw thank you so much! I'm sure short hair will be beautiful on you, it's so much fun to play with and it also made me appreciate my hair more. I'm really excited for you and I hope you love the change!

I did the same thing! I started freshman year of high school watching your videos with shoulder length hair. I grew it out so that it was at my lower back by the time I graduated. I started to get lazy with my hair care after graduating and also began touching and playing with my hair a lot as a sort of anxious habit. This caused a lot of breakage and dryness so I ended up cutting it a few inches shorter than bra strap length a few months ago and now I’m growing it back out! It’s nice to have a fresh start and my hair feels so much healthier and less dry and brittle.

I had hair similar length to yours and it was so hard for me to cut it because my hair meant so much to me, but I needed a new start and I’m glad I did

hey! I've been following your channel off and on for about three years now. I started at chin length and now my hair is at the top of my hips! It was pretty damaged from bleach and your tips helped so much. It's been interesting to see how quickly your hair has grown in comparison. Our hair type seems to be pretty similar but I am just still cutting off bleach from like 3 1/2 years ago lol (it's basically all gone with my most recent trim!). Anyways, I love your tips I just have to adapt your product recommendations to my budget lol.

Some years ago I cut my hair from hip lenght to breast and than even shorter for the same reason. Everyone knew me for for how my hair looked, how long and healthy, and I was going crazy about that stuff. Like, I really wanted to shout "I'm not my fucking haiiiiir, I'm much moooore". And it was a nightmare worrying for it every moment, how it is, how it looks. So I chopped everything off. The best thing I could have done for myself. Sometimes when I see people with super long hair on ig or yt I wonder if the feel the same way. Dunno. Hope that everyone could have the courage of cutting their super long hair if the want to, to explore themselves a little more like u said

I love everything you put out. I've been following you for like 10 years I think. I have a question when you get your hair cut next week, will you be getting a trim on the ends, or just layers?
@OrganicallyAnna

Thank you so much for your support! I can't even tell you how much that means to me. I got my layers touched up and I also took about 1 inch off the ends!

Hi I made a video called hairstyles suck because I went for a trim and got butchered. May 10 th will be a year and thankfully it has grown. I don’t feel like me with short hair. Also it was harder for me to wrap my hair at night. You have beautiful hair keep it growing.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly I find that it's less about the products and more about being consistent with a routine. Some good, stimulating ingredients to look for in products are rosemary essential oil, peppermint oil, and pumpkin seed oil

I have been using oil on my scalp for 4 hours before I wash it for one month. I wash it once a week. And I have been experiencing increased hair fall during that process ie. in the shower and when I brush my hair after it is 80-60% dried. Is it normal? Am I doing something wrong?
@OrganicallyAnna
Жыл бұрын
It's totally normal! I also shed more when applying oil to my scalp/massaging my scalp on wash days. As long as the oil isn't causing any irritation and you aren't noticing extreme thinning I wouldn't worry about it

Hi Anna, I found your channel today. Would you please share your video with me that you speak of in this video? My hair grows 1/2 inch+ per month. I used a box color on my hair that destroyed it, so, I had some of the length cut off ... now I have 4 inches of new white hair and 11 inches of ugly dyed hair. My aim is to continue growing the hair length and trimming every 12 months until the dyed hair is gone and hair length resumed at butt-length. I typically style my hair up on my head with hair jewelry products. Please help me with your Keratin product and scalp message instructions. THANK YOU ANNA! :-)
